For some reason, my Skyvault was not correctly downloaded by me so I contacted Skyvault for help. I made an appointment on their website and a representative named Rory contacted me exactly at the time of the appointment. Rory was extremely helpful and very friendly. He solved my problem by being able with my permission to log onto my computer to complete my download. He answered all my questions. Rory gets an A++++ for his service. Based on my experience I recommend Skyvalult to anyone with a computer who wishes to have a back-up - August 7, 2018
