SkyVault360 has bailed me out of an impossible situation more than once. You just don't realize how dire the situation is until it happens to you.
A little over a month ago, I downloaded the computer backup software from new computer backup company SkyVault360. My computer was starting to slow down, and I was worried it might crash and take all of my important files with it. I settled on SkyVault360 to back up my computer, since I figured I might as well test it out myself to get a better understanding of what our customers would find.

We've all been worried about putting our information online, and I'm no different. Who's to say you'll actually get what you ordered, or you'll be charged the right amount? I'm happy to report that when I signed up for the SkyVault360 free trial, I received an immediate confirmation email and wasn't charged a penny. In fact, the free trial isn't a month - it's 31 days! So you get a little more bang for your buck with a free extra day in most months. I was charged the right amount after my free month ended, and have no complaints about the billing system.

The confirmation email came right away, and within 10 minutes I had an account set up and received my URL, username (my email address at skyvault360 - cool!), and password. I wasn't told to change my password, but of course you should do that once you log in! Logging in was really easy. All you have to do is go to the personal website that's sent to you and log in with your email and password. Once you do that, the software is right there to download. Very easy. Once again, no complaints!

The software was one of the simplest things I've ever used. I downloaded it and launched the first scan, checking my documents, photos, music, and desktop folders to be backed up. It launched a scan and started uploading my files right away. It does take a while, since you're uploading a lot of data, but after the initial upload the speed is lightning fast. One thing that I love about it is that my computer never slows down - the software never bogs me down and makes my computer slow to a crawl. In fact, I usually don't even remember the program is on my computer!

Update: It works! Last week I accidentally deleted a picture of my daughter off of my computer when I meant to just delete some other
trash. I went straight to SkyVault360 and had it back within seconds. What a relief!
